What normally decides the choice in this segment
What to watch. Cross-border comparisons should distinguish a firm that has its own people in a country from one that refers work to a correspondent. Both models work, but they behave differently when a deadline slips: the difference is who is accountable. Asking which entity signs the engagement letter in each country is the simplest way to find out which model is being offered.
